There’s a lie been going around for as long as I can remember, that “nice guys finish last”, inferring that being a ruthless wolf is really the way to make it in business. Didn’t they make a movie about that called, “Wolf on Wall Street”?
But I submit to you that real “nice guys” don’t let nice customers make poor buying decisions if they can help it. They’re not pushy, but they’re not pushovers either.
Here’s a short clip that makes that point and hopefully helps you to know that you don’t need to compromise your values to compete effectively in the marketplace. You can be a “nice guy” and finish FIRST!
