Learn. Grow. Succeed.

September 14, 2011You were created for great things in God...
While it is true that God uses the simple to confound the wise, He first of all teaches them His ways and imparts His wisdom. Look at the writings of the simple fisherman Peter or James and John. They were simple men with profound insights and lived lives of power and influence.
Jesus not only invested three and a half years teaching and mentoring them and the other disciples personally, but after ascending to Heaven, He sent the Holy Spirit to continue the educaiton process of teaching them and leading them into all truth. God loves ignorant and unlearned people, but He never leaves them that way if they become His disciple.
After all, being a disciple means being a "disciplined learner" and once we become a believer, we are invited to become His disciples. Have you taken that next step from believer to becoming a disciplined learner? Believers experience personal transformation, but disciplined learners transform nations! Are you game for this?
