Hello Friend, Before you sink your teeth into today's excellent content from our guest, I want to quickly call to your mind our survey from a couple of weeks ago. Thank you once again to all of you who participated. I told you then that you would be helping to steer where things go. Today's message is a direct result of your requests for more information about promoting your business, growing your revenue, and also about locating business opportunities! The list of people that Debra Thompson Roedl has worked with is replete with names you would recognize were I to mention them. She hasn't just contributed to their success... in many cases, she is responsible for their success. We've been connected with her for a little over a year now and space does not permit me to go into detail about how significant she is to our advancement. I know you're going to enjoy hearing from her this week.

How To Make Sure Your Business FAILS! (Part 1 of 3)

Debra Thompson RoedlI bet that title grabbed your attention and it should!  With today's economy you need to do everything you can to ensure that your business SUCCEEDS and does not Fail.  But it is up to you to take action and make it happen!

You see most Christian entrepreneurs who are either starting out in their business or well on their way with their business leave out one key ingredient that can make them or break them and cause them to FAIL.  It is called MARKETING.

These entrepreneurs are not typically trained or educated in marketing.  They don't even understand how essential marketing is to their business in order for them to start, sustain and/or grow their enterprise.  Can you relate?

In fact... because of this lack of knowledge, the typical business owner's approach to marketing is "Fire... Aim... and then get "Ready". And guess what?  They don't hit the Bullseye with this method.  The less you hit your bullseye, the less money you make and you know what that means... it is just a matter of time before your business fails.  Then what are you going to do?

To ensure success in your business you have to create a new mindset and that is...

Marketing Is A Continuous Process!

Marketing is the foundation of your business and everything else that you do is built upon this foundation.  From your products, to your services, to your customers... marketing is in every aspect of your business and it is a constant process.

When it comes to Marketing your business... I have created a specific System to make sure you succeed and do not fail! It is called the BULLSEYE Marketing Accelerator System.  With this system your approach to your business is Ready, Aim, Fire and then BULLSEYE!

Business Cycle - from Debra Thompson Roedl

OK folks, I hope today's message from Debra has served to whet your appetite for much more!  Don't miss Part 2 tomorrow, as she drills down into the 4 key steps in the illustration. I know you're going to benefit from it!

After 39 years in the Outdoor Advertising business, I agree with Debra. I make a point to not call on any business until they have been around for 12-18 months. Most of the the new companies think the customers will come \"as soon as I open my doors\". My first meeting with my potential customers is finding out \"WHO, WHAT and WHERE \"are they trying to reach. If they don't know who their clients are and where they live, work, play and pray, I can't help them. My best and longest clients are the ones who gave me the answers to the above questions. Thanks for the articles on Marketing, keep them coming. God Bless

As an advertising agency owner I seen plenty of businesses that don't have a clue about marketing. I've seen companies spend six figures developing a new product or service and when I've ask them what their marketing budget is they have no clue. As Debra mentioned so often marketing is an afterthought. A realistic marketing budget has to be part of your business or you won't have a business. And hoping you get a lucky break is not a marketing strategy. So have a marketing plan and rough budget before you start spending your money on a business idea. If you don't know how to put together an effective marketing plan or what kind of budget you should have hire a marketing professional to help you. It'll be well worth the money.

I too am a marketer and Debra is confirming my years of experience. My business is predominately with small business and almost all do not have a business plan or a marketing plan, let alone a marketing budget. They do not understand their target market and end up advertising their specialized product to 10 year olds because of the media they choose, rather than a thought out direct hit to only their market... with the best chance of selling. These lessons are critcal to survival in business so Bravo in sharing these messages.

Great stuff. Being in the web design & marketing industry, I depend on B2B sales to keep my company growing. I despise cold call selling, and I refuse to do it. But good marketing brings the customers to you, asking for you to tell them more about your products. My favorite thing about marketing is that it takes the PAIN out of sales. If sales get slow, you crank the marketing machine into high gear. Suddenly, you have prospects who welcome your follow up. It makes the process a lot of fun, because you're delivering something the customer has asked for. I've heard good things about Debra. Looking forward to the next installment.

As a newbie to Information Marketing and a fresh \"graduate\" of Deb's Wealth Alliance Group, I have only excellent things to say about Deb and the rest of the WA gang. They sure do underpromise and overdeliver. Remember, marketing is a continuous process, so I certainly haven't stopped on my Wealth Alliance journey - I am with these guys (THE best) for life. Wishing you all thge success you deserve. In gratitude, Pix
